【摘 要】 目的：分析心理护理对妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者的影响。 方法：择取2017年3月～2019年3月收治的妊娠合并慢性乙肝患者60例进行分析，随机分组为对照组、研究组，均提供常规护理干预，研究组患者同时强化心理护理干预。后组间比较其心理健康状态、护理满意度及治疗依从性。 结果：研究组患者SAS、SDS、治疗依从性、护理满意度评分均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：采取心理护理干预能有效改善妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者的情绪状态及依从性。
