不同卧位对枕颈部手术切口愈合的影响：56例对比分析

     【摘 要】 目的 探讨枕颈部手术后有利于切口愈合的最佳体位。方法 回顾分析我科56例枕颈后入路手术患者采取不同的卧位的切口愈合情况，并对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果 90度侧卧位可有效减轻水肿，缩短住院日，两组数值之间差异显著(P<0.01)，有统计学意义。结论 90度侧卧位更利于枕颈部手术切口愈合，减少并发症。
