【摘 要】 目的分析探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间心电图变化。方法选取我院近年来收治的100例恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象，观察比较化疗3天、化疗一周、化疗一个月三个时点恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间心电图变化，总结恶性肿瘤患者化疗对其心电图影响。结果本组患者化疗第三天心电图异常发生率高达80.0%，化疗一周心电图异常发生率为65.0%，化疗一个月后心电图异常发生率为49.0%，化疗第三天、化疗一周、化疗一个月患者心电图异常发生率比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。60岁以上患者心电图异常发生率明显高于其它年龄段患者(P<0.05)。含蒽环类化疗方案治疗患者R波低电压、T波低平、ST段下降发生率明显高于不含蒽环类化疗方案治疗患者(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间会伴有显著的心电图变化，需要基于恶性肿瘤化疗期间患者心电图变化特点着重加强心功能动态监测，以及时纠正患者机体状态，改善化疗预后效果，保证患者生命安全。
