【摘 要】 目的通过调查住院白血病患者社会支持的现状和影响社会支持的因素,为帮助白血病患者建立良好的社会支持系统提供理论依据。方法采用方便抽样法,使用社会支持评定量表(SSRS量表)对住院白血病患者进行问卷调查。结果本组80例白血病患者的社会支持得分为45.40±9.11，显著高于国内常模的34.56±3.73，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性别、文化程度、医疗费用支付形式、家庭经济收入会对白血病患者的社会支持造成影响，对于一些弱势群体我们应当给予更多的关怀和帮助，提高社会支持度。
