特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症的预防性护理对策解析

【摘 要】 目的探究分析对特重型脑外伤患者必死并发症采取的预防性护理对策。方法选取我院2011年12月-2013年4月收治的60例特重型脑外伤患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为A组和B组，每组各30例，B组患者采取常规护理，A组患者采用常规护理结合鼻饲并发症预防护理，对两组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意度进行观察对比。结果A组并发症发生率显著低于B组(P<0.05)；A组患者的护理满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻饲并发症预防性护理对特重型脑外伤患者进行护理，能够有效提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
