【摘 要】 目的观察推拿疗法联合经络导平治疗仪穴位治疗小儿多发性抽动症临床疗效。方法对65例多发性抽动症患儿应用推拿联合经络导平治疗仪穴位治疗，头面及颈肩部局部治疗以推拿疗法，采用按揉，捏拿等方法每日治疗30分钟，远端以经络导平治疗仪取穴治疗，每日30分钟，10天为1疗程，3个疗程后统计疗效。结果65例患儿中痊愈19例，显效25例，有效17例，总有效率93.8%。结论推拿疗法联合经络导平穴位治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效显著，无创,无痛,无不良反应，易被患儿接受。
