【摘 要】 目的 研究和分析西安市电信系统员工颈椎病的患病情况和可能的致病因素，为颈椎病的防治提供依据。方法 采用颈部透视检查1679例来我院疗养查体人员，并自行设计问卷调查表，对检查者的年龄、工龄、工种、临床症状等进行了调查；并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果 颈椎病患病率为19.1% ，不同年龄、工龄、工种之间发病率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电信系统颈椎病的患病率较高，应加强预防工作。
