卡贝缩宫素预防产后出血疗效分析(1)

【摘 要】 目的 对卡贝缩宫素对预防产后出血疗效进行研究，有助于选用适当的宫缩剂来减少产后出血。方法 随机选取我院经阴分娩的具有产后出血高危因素的产妇，研究组(354例)(A组)胎儿前肩娩出后立即静脉滴注卡贝缩宫素100μg，对照组(403例)(B组)胎儿前肩娩出后立即静脉滴注缩宫素20IU，比较两组产后2小时以及产后24小时出血量，评价卡贝缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效。结果 研究组产后2小时以及24小时出血量明显少于对照组，在治疗产后出血时，需要联合应用其它宫缩剂的比例明显少于对照组。结论 相对于缩宫素，卡贝缩宫素能够有效减少产后出血量和产后出血概率。
