    摘要： [目的] 对目标人群甲状腺容积所蕴藏的一些信息提出探讨。 [方法] 1997、1999、2001、2002和2005年，用B超仪对5 920例8～10岁儿童进行甲状腺容积测定。 [结果] 8～10岁儿童甲状腺容积在全民食盐加碘后2～4年已处于正常值范围以下，6～7年后在正常值范围内又有大幅度下降，其后在较低水平上稍有波动。 [结论] B超评价甲状腺容积水平及其动态可以反映碘缺乏病消除和持续消除的进程。
