     摘要:【目的】探索黄浦区市级综合性医院候诊输液室空气质量及影响因素。【方法】对医院候诊及输液区域的室内卫生指标和集中空调通风系统卫生指标进行检测,根据GB17220-1998《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》要求设点检测,以GB9671-1996《医院候诊室卫生标准》和《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》进行评价。【结果】室内卫生学指标中噪声及二氧化碳合格率分别为0%和24.07%。集中空调通风设备卫生学指标中PM10及细菌总数合格率分别为52.78%和83.33%。空气中二氧化碳浓度与人员密度呈直线正相关(r1=0.963,r2=0.929),在人员密度相同的情况下,通风条件不同的场所空气二氧化碳浓度差别显著(p<0.01)。【结论】医院候诊输液区域噪声和二氧化碳问题最为突出,二氧化碳浓度与通风条件及人员密度密切相关。医院集中空调通风设备的卫生管理亟待规范。

    An Investigation of the Air Quality of the Patient Waiting Room and Infusion Room in the General Hospitals in Huangpu District XU Min, WANG Jue, ZHANG Yun-hui, CHEN Xian-hua, XIE Li-bin(Institute of Public Health Supervision of Huangpu District Health Bureau, Shanghai 200011, China)

    Abstract: [Objective] To explore the air quality as well as its affect factors of the patient waiting room and infusion room in general hospitals in Huangpu District. [Methods] Detecting the hygiene indexes by GB17220-1998《Specifications for Health Monitoring Technology in Public Places》 and evaluating them by GB9671-1996《Hygiene Standards for Waiting Room》 and 《Hygiene Specifications of Central Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems in Public Places》. [Results] The passing rate of noise is 0% while carbon dioxide 24.07% for indoor hygiene indexes. The passing rate of PM10 is 52.78% while total number of bacteria 24.07% for the centralventilation and air conditioning systems hygiene indexes. The concentrations of carbon dioxide in the spaces are in positive linear correlation with the person densities(r1=0.963,r2=0.929), there are significant differences(p<0.01) between areas with different ventilation conditions while with the same person density. [Conclusion] In the patients waiting room and infusion room of the general hospitals,noises and high concentrations of carbon dioxide are the worst problems. The concentrations of carbon dioxide in closely related to the ventilation condition and person density.
