摘要：[目的]了解上海市长宁区托幼机构消毒状况， 为做好托幼机构内传染病防控工作提供科学依据。[方法] 采用现场调查和采样检测的方法， 对上海市长宁区托幼机构的消毒效果进行连续监测。[结果] 2010—2014年长宁区托幼机构消毒合格率依次为98.07%、98.93%、99.09%、97.11%和98.10%。托幼机构室内空气、环境物体表面、工作人员手、餐具、使用中消毒液合格率分别为99.74%、99.67%、93.24%和99.06%和98.09%。[结论]长宁区托幼机构卫生消毒整体状况较好， 工作人员手、使用中消毒液、餐具表面等的消毒尚存在薄弱环节。
