摘要：癌症生存者面临因癌症的诊断和治疗而导致的身体、情感、精神、社会关系、职业和经济等各方面的挑战，这些挑战贯穿于其整个生存阶段。癌症已经成为一种慢性病。癌症康复组织参与到社区癌症管理中已经成为社区癌症管理及癌症生存者自我管理最有前景的模式之一。上海市癌症康复俱乐部的社会心理行为综合干预模式在这一领域取得了积极的效果，进一步总结和评价上海市癌症康复俱乐部的干预模式及进行普及和推广是亟需思考的问题。
