【摘 要】目的：探究中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法：选取100例急性心肌梗死患者随机分组，对照组患者给予常规尿激酶溶栓治疗，实验组加用独参汤和川芎嗪。结果：实验组的肌酸激酶和CK-MB、ST恢复正常时间、胸痛症状缓解时间、再灌注心律失常率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗死比单纯的使用西药溶栓治疗效果更加明顯。
