【摘 要】本文从预立医疗的伦理基础和法律角度出发，结合我国国内欠发达地区预立医疗发展现状，对预立医疗在我国的实行前景进行分析思考，这对缓解我国经济欠发达地区医疗资源分配的不均衡问题具有重要意义。
