新医改背景下医院档案管理的改进措施及发展对策(1)
【摘 要】目的：探究与分析新医改背景下医院档案管理的改进措施及发展对策。方法：回顾性分析我院自2016年5月至2018年5月的医院档案管理情况相关资料，按照时间顺序分为对照组与观察组，对照组观察时间为2016年5月至2017年5月，观察组观察时间为2017年6月至2018年5月，对照组给予常规档案管理，观察组给予结合新医改档案管理，对比两组不同时间段下档案管理效果以及对档案室工作人员的满意度。结果：观察组与对照组相比医院总体效益评分及医院管理评分均较高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比临床工作人员对档案管理的满意度较高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：结合新医改背景实施医院档案管理明显提高了档案管理效果，并促进提高了档案室工作人员的满意度，易于被接受认可。

Improvement Measures and Development Countermeasures of Hospital Archives Management under the Background of New Medical Reform

Abstract：Objective To explore and analyze the improvement measures and development strategies of hospital archives management under the background of new medical reform.Method： The data of hospital file management from May 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The data were divided into control group and observation group according to the chronological order.The observation time of the control group was from May 2016 to May 2017.The observation time of the observation group was from June 2017 to May 2018.The control group was given regular file management.The observation group was given the management of the new medical reform file.The effect of file management and the satisfaction of the staff in the archives were compared between the two groups..Result： Compared with the control group，the overall benefit score and hospital management score of the observation group were higher，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group，the clinical staff had higher satisfaction with file management than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion： The implementation of hospital file management in combination with the new medical reform background has significantly improved the effectiveness of file management and promoted the satisfaction of staff in the archives room，which is easy to be accepted.

前言：医院档案作为医院整体发生发展过程中所存在的一种原始记录形式，不仅能够反映出医院的发展情况，同时还能够作为反映医院价值的重要参考依据，对于医院各个项目的发展能够体现出较强的促进作用[1-2]。因此，加强对医院档案的管理至关重要。但以往临床工作中所实施常规档案管理方法的效果一般，无法满足日益升高的需求，现我院开始在常规档案管理的基础上实施以新医改背景下的医院档案管理，从根本上改善医院档案管理的效果，并更好的为医院的发展提供有效的档案管理资料依据以及数据方面的支持[3]。现将我院结果总结报告如下：
