【摘 要】

    目的：探讨应用精神压力分析对精神科医务工作进行压力评定的效果。方法：选取我院精神科医务人员以及参与对照组各47名分别应用精神压力分析进行压力评定，研究组为47名精神科医务人员，对照组为47名健康者。观察并比较两组人员的心理以及生理压力指数。结果：研究组医务人员的心理以及生理压力指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用精神压力分析对精神科医务人员进行工作压力的评定能够予以较为客观可信的生理和心理压力指数，说明精神压力分析系统对生理压力和心理压力的评定效果有一定的应用价值，值得推广及应用。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of stress assessment on the stress assessment of psychiatric medical work. Methods： A total of 47 psychiatric medical staff and 47 volunteers in the control group were selected for stress assessment.
