心血管内科非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗现状分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：探析心血管内科非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗现状。方法：收集2015年3月——2017年12月于笔者所在医院心血管内科就诊的200例非瓣膜性房颤患者临床资料，回顾性分析本组病例基本特征、临床治疗方案等情况。结果：①本组接受单药抗凝治疗者46例(22.00%)，单用抗血小板治疗者112例(56.00%)，联合抗栓治疗者4例(2.00%)，未接受抗凝治疗者38例(19.00%)；②非瓣膜性心房颤动患者抗凝治疗与高龄、合并冠心病、存在脑卒中史、存在出血史等因素有关。结论：临床治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动患者中主要以抗凝为主，但现阶段临床抗凝治疗率较低，新型口服抗凝药物尚未广泛普及。
