不同质子泵抑制剂与克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的效果及不良反应发生率对比评价(1)
【摘 要】
目的：分析不同质子泵抑制剂与克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡时的应用情况；方法：对我院行质子泵抑制剂与克拉霉素联合阿莫西林治疗的600例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：应用不同质子泵抑制剂的患者，其在治疗总有效率方面均有着差异性，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。但各组患者不良反应发生情况、Hp根除率等方面水平接近(P>0.05)。结论：艾司奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林的三联治疗方案在用于Hp阳性消化性溃疡时治疗时具有着良好的治疗作用，适宜临床中应用。
