儿童重症监护室(PICU)危重症机械通气患儿联合床旁连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)的护理体会(1)
【摘 要】
目的：探讨床旁CRRT在PICU危重及机械通气患儿中的应用疗效及护理方法。方法：对符合CRRT治疗标准的患儿，给予床旁CRRT治疗，观察治疗前后患儿器官功能的变化。结果：经过治疗，20例患儿的电解质、乳酸、超敏C反应蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等指标均有所改善。结论：护理人员在操作过程中需密切观察病情、预见潜在风险、预防并发症的发生，保证患儿及护理安全，提高治疗效果。
