【摘 要】 目的：分析肾内科护理风险的相关因素与针对性护理的护理效果。方法：将医院肾内科2016年10月至2018年10月收治的140例患者随机纳入实验组与对照组，分别采用以针对性护理为主的护理方式及以常规护理为主的护理方式。分析两组患者的并发症情况与护理满意度。结果：实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肾内科护理风险与护理人员自身护理意识、专业疾病因素及患者因素有关。针对性护理有助于降低患者的并发症发生率，也有助于提升患者对护理服务的满意度。
