【摘 要】目的：分析哺乳初期乳旁加奶对母乳喂养的影响。方法：纯母乳喂养组仅给予母乳喂养，乳旁加奶组在纯母乳喂养组基础上使用乳旁加奶器提供配方奶，记录新生儿有效吸允时间，评价母乳喂养自信心。结果：乳旁加奶组新生儿有效吸允时间明显更早(P<0.05)，产后42d，乳旁加奶组产妇母乳喂养自信心明显更高(P<0.05)。结论：哺乳初期乳旁加奶能够缩短新生儿有效吸允时间，提高产妇母乳喂养自信心，值得推广应用。
