【摘 要】目的：研究氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀钙联合用药治疗脑梗塞的效果。方法：选择我院收治的68例脑梗塞患者，随机分为对照组(阿托伐他汀钙)与联合用药组(氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙)，各34例。结果：联合用药组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C以及临床疗效均优于对照组。结论：氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗脑梗塞的疗效确切，值得临床推广。
