【摘 要】目的：针对胃溃疡患者探究选择奥拉美唑联合铝碳酸镁展开治疗后的临床效果。方法：选择2016年1月至2018年12月共计80例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，其中40例为对照组行奥美拉唑展开治疗，另有40例为观察组行奥拉美唑联合铝碳酸镁行联合治疗，探究两组临床效果。结果：观察组的治疗有效率为97.5%(39/40)明显高于对照组的83%(33/40)，差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应占比明显低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：胃溃疡患者选择奥拉美唑联合铝碳酸镁展开治疗后，临床效果更加显著，安全性较高，临床值得推广。
