【摘 要】目的：了解PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期康复护理要点。方法：将我院2016年5月到2018年2月的76例PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分组，常规护理干预组给予常规护理，康复护理组采取康复护理。比较两组满意评分；PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折后下床时间、住院的时间、使用镇痛药物的时间；护理前后疼痛程度以及髋关节功能；并发症发生比例。结果：康复护理组满意评分、疼痛程度以及髋关节功能、PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折后下床时间、住院的时间、使用镇痛药物的时间、并发症发生比例对比常规护理干预组有优势，P<0.05。结论：PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施康复护理效果确切。
