【摘要】目的：分析肥胖型2型糖尿病应用个性化护理对患者遵医行为的影响。方法：选择我院2016年8月--2018年8月收治的80例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者，根据护理方法不同分组，对两组的遵医行为及血糖控制效果进行对比。结果：观察组经护理后运动依从性为9250%(37/40)、饮食依从性9750%(39/40)均显著高于对照组的7250%(29/40)、8000%(32/40)(P<005)；观察组护理后血糖FPG(66±11)nmol/L、2h-PG(80±13)nmol/L、体重指数(2606±214)kg/m2，均显著优于对照组(P<005)。结论：个性化护理有助于提高肥胖型2型糖尿病患者遵医行为，提高血糖控制水平，改善预后。
