【摘 要】目的：对分娩球联合自由体位助产护理应用在初产妇中的干预效果进行调查。方法：以30例患者开展分娩球联合自由体位助产护理管理患者为干预组，以另外30常规助产护理患者为对照组，比较两组患者产程时间。结果：干预组第一产程时间为(397.6±11.3)min，第二产程为(41.2±8.7)min，第三产程为(6.4±2.5)min，均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：分娩球联合自由体位助产护理能够缩短患者产程，保证患者安全。
