【摘 要】目的：分析阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的疗效。方法：将2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的70例脑血栓患者视为调查对象，在随机编号后划入联合组与常规组(n=35)。常规组实施常规治疗，联合组在此基础上使用阿托伐他汀与抗血小板药治疗，比较两组患者的症状缓解率及相关指标变化情况。结果：与常规组患者相比，联合组患者的胆固醇、血小板黏附率及血细胞比容相对较低，差值比较包含统计学意义(p<0.05)。联合组患者症状缓解率为97.14%，常规组患者症状缓解率为82.86%，数据对比具备统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓的疗效较好，能够显著改善患者的临床症状，转变患者的血脂状态，适合于临床推广。
