【摘 要】目的：分析细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取本院2017年5月至2018年5月期间收治的患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组各39例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予细节护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组不良事件率、疼痛评分、护理投诉率、护理安全质量合格率均优于对照组，对比存在差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在消化内科护理中实施细节护理效果显著，值得推广。
