【摘 要】目的：探讨高危妊娠孕妇的产前护理需求和护理干预效果。方法：选取我院产科收治的72例高危妊娠孕妇，纳入时间为2017年7月～2018年12月。将其随机分成2组：对照组36例实施常规护理，试验组36例分析护理需求后实施优质护理干预，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意率为97.2%，高于对照组的80.6%;护理后，孕妇SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对高危妊娠孕妇，分析产前护理需求并实施优质护理干预，能提高护理满意度、改善心理状态，值得推广。
