【摘 要】目的：分析神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知和活动现状的影响因素。方法：选取在神经内科工作的护士48例，根据研究内容和细节进行问卷的调查，之后进行结果分析。结果：脑卒中偏瘫康复护理知识认知情况结果为(69.30±6.32)分，护理状况取得的分数是(79.34±4.23)分，康复护理的活动状况的平均分数是(60.73±4.89)分。结论：神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知和活动现状不够完善，应该多进行护士培训，提升工作能力。
