【摘 要】目的：探讨齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症的应用效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2019年3月我院72例早期精神分裂症患者为研究对象，依据患者治疗药物不同分均分为对照组和观察组，对照组选用奥氮平治疗，观察组选用齐拉西酮治疗，对比两组情况。结果：观察组在本次研究中所取得总有效率数值94.44%高于对照组所取得数值80.56%，观察组在本次研究中所取得不良反应发生率数值11.11%低于对照组所取得数值30.56%，统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论：齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症的应用效果显著，值得应用。
