【摘 要】目的：探讨培菲康联合思密达对小儿腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的80例小儿腹泻患者，随机分成对照组和实验组，各40例，比较两组患儿的用药效果。结果：实验治疗总有效率为95%显著高于对照组治疗总有效率62.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过培菲康联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻具有良好的治疗效果和安全性，可以在临床治疗中进行推广应用。
