【摘 要】目的：探究ICU护理中应用人文关怀理念的价值。方法：以我院患者为例，患者均为2018年4月——2019年2月在我院ICU接受治疗的患者，本研究选取患者100例，根据患者自身意愿将其分为两组，每组50例患者，分别给予常规護理和人文关怀理念护理，对其临床应用价值进行分析。结果：实验组患者和对照组治疗总依从率分别为85.00%和70.00%，P<0.05。结论：在ICU护理工作中应用人文关怀理念，其应用效果显著。
