【摘 要】目的：阐述高血压患者辅以延续护理、中医护理健康教育二者联合的措施及对患者依从性的影响。方法：本次研究时间确立在2018年5月-2019年6月，研究对象选定我院收治高血压患者94例，分观察组与对照组，对照组辅以常规宣教与护理干预，观察组辅以延续护理联合中医健康教育，检测并对比两组患者护理前后血压指标变化。结果：观察组依从性明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。两组患者未实施护理前，血压各项指标较为相近(p>0.05)，经干预后，观察组均明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：高血压患者辅以延续护理、中医护理健康教育二者联合效果更佳，提倡推广应用。
