【摘 要】目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者应用两种修补术式对其再次宫内妊娠率及术后复发率的影响。方法：剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者120例，分为A组(宫腹腔镜联合修补术)与B组(阴道修补术)，各60例，对比治疗效果。结果：月经恢复情况、宫内妊娠率与术后复发率相比，P>0.05，具有可比性。结论：腹腔镜联合修补术、经阴道修补术均可用于剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者的治療。
