【摘 要】目的：研究重症急性肾衰治疗中连续性肾脏替代治疗与间歇性血液透析的应用效果。方法：选取52例重症急性肾衰患者作为研究对象分组对比。结果：对比对照组，研究组治疗后血尿素氮水平更低，内生肌酐清除率、总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论：重症急性肾衰治疗中连续性肾脏替代治疗的效果优于间歇性血液透析，值得推广应用。
