【摘 要】出生缺陷的新生儿近些年来越来越多，不仅加重了家庭负担，而且还会加重社会以及国家的负担。基于此，对于新生儿出生缺陷工程，必须引起重视，加强干预。

    Abstract：In recent years， more and more newborns with birth defects not only increase family burden， but also increase the burden of society and the state.Therefore， we must pay attention to the project of birth defects of newborns and strengthen the intervention.
