【摘 要】目的：研究分析护理管理中护理安全综合量化管理模式的应用价值。方法：以50例住院患者以及12名该科室护理人员为例，对比分析护理安全综合量化管理模式应用前(2019年01月-05月)、应用后(2019年06月-12月)的临床效果。结果：实施前后的护理管理质量、患者满意度、不良事件差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：护理安全综合量化管理能够进一步提高临床护理管理质量。

    Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the application value of nursing safety comprehensive quantitative management model in nursing management.
