【摘 要】目的：探讨中药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施。方法：以100例中医药治疗患者作为此次研究主体，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：不良反应18例，不良反应的发生与炮制不当、未辨证施治、用法用量不合理、中西联合治疗不合理有关，药物不良反应发生率与不同性别无差异(p>0.05)。结论：促使临床合理应用中医药，是提高临床服务质量、确保患者治疗安全的关键，这就需要中医药师在临床实际工作中不断加强管理，杜绝安全隐患，提高中药临床合理用药的安全性。
