【摘 要】目的：分析新生儿耳道护理在新生儿听力筛查过程中的应用价值。方法：以2018年12月-2019年5月在我院出生的840例新生儿为研究对象，按照出生的顺序将840例新生儿划分为两组，其中420例为对照组，实施常规护理，另420例为实验组，实施新生儿耳道护理，以新生儿听力筛选通过率为具体的依据，明确耳道护理的具体应用价值。听力筛选通过率主要通过听力筛查设备的筛查结果判定。结果：经新生儿耳道护理，实验组新生儿的听力筛选通过率为92.78%，超过了接受常规护理的对照组新生儿(听力筛选通过率76.19%，两组差异明显，具备统计学意义。结论：新生儿耳道护理在新生儿听力筛查过程中具备一定的应用价值，其可提升听力筛查的准确率，有利于责任医师及时发现并解决问题，因此应在临床实践中对新生儿耳道护理进行推广。
