【摘 要】目的：通过不同的临床护理干预方法及预防保健方法的应用，分析相关保健方法的综合成效与作用情况。方法：在本院所管辖的学龄期儿童中，随机抽取150例作为研究对象，并分为观察组和对照组，每组组内儿童数量完全相等，对照组采取常规健康宣教，而观察组则采取儿童预防保健，对一阶段干预之后的儿童身高、体质量和BIM指数进行统计学分析比较。结果：通过最终结果收集和对比发现，观察组儿童综合身高、体质量和BMI指数都相对较好(P<0.05)，结论：对于学龄期儿童而言，采取预防保健措施，能够促进儿童身心健康的发育，对于其自身生长发育有着较为积极的影响作用。
