【摘 要】目的：探讨在糖尿病诊断中尿常规检验与生化检验的临床价值。方法：将本社区服务中心2018年6月-2019年6月收治的134例疑似糖尿病患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予尿常规检查和生化检查，并以糖化血红蛋白检验结果作为金标准，比较二者的检查准确率。结果：生化检查检出106例阳性，准确率为98.15%，尿常规检出91例阳性，准确率为84.26%，生化检查准确率明显高于尿常规检查，p<0.05。结论：与尿常规检验相比，生化检验在诊断糖尿病方面具有更高准确率，能够为临床治疗提供有力诊断依据。
