【摘 要】目的：提高我院病区药房药品管理质量，减少不合格药品流入临床。方法：应用三三四药品养护方法，将药房中的药品按照3：3：4的比例分为3个部分，逐月检查1个部分，以3个月为一个巡查周期，1年4个周期，检测药品的外观、性状、有效期，发现问题及时整改。结果与结论：药房采用三三四药品养护方法能够及时发现不合格药物和近效期的药物，这既可保障药物质量，又可降低药品贮存中药物过期失效而导致的经济损失。
