【摘 要】目的：分析老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者运用加替沙星体内的茶碱群体药代学。方法：选我院18例老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者，在加替沙星治疗前后进行血液的采样，并检测茶碱群体药代学。结果：患者用药前血液当中茶碱的浓度及茶碱的峰值低于加替沙星联合治疗后血液当中茶碱的浓度及茶碱的峰值，P<0.05。结论：对患有老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者运用加替沙星进行治疗会对血液中的茶碱产生显著的影响，药师应密切关注。

    Abstract：Objective To analyze the pharmacokinetics of theophylline in gatifloxacin in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
