【摘 要】目的：在新型护理服务理念下提高门诊急诊输液室对患者护理质量中的影响应用的研究。方法：根据门诊的急诊输液病人的特点和输液要求，在接受输液的过程中，对280名病人实施新型护理服务的方式进行服务。结果：从观察中得出，患者的护理满意度提升，同时也使护理人员的工作质量得以提升。结论：门诊急诊输液室开展新型护理服务能有效提高患者的满意度，较少护患矛盾的发生，使护理人员的服务态度也得以提升，保证了输液护理的质量。
