【摘 要】目的：就肿瘤内科运用人性化护理成效进行分析。方法：从我院2017年6月到2019年6月这一时间段中肿瘤内科所收治瘤患者中随机选择100例为研究对象，基于对照研究形式进行对比研究，对照组采用常规护理;实验组采用人性化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：实验组患者各项表症均得到明显改善，均优于对照组。结论：人性化护理有助于提高肿瘤化疗患者护理品质，促进患者心理健康以及生活品质改善。
