【摘 要】目的：探究对慢性胃溃疡患者采取针对性护理的实际应用效果。方法：将于2018年7月至2019年6月于我院接受治疗的42例慢性胃溃疡患者作为本次实验的研究对象，将其分为使用常规护理的对照组和采用针对性护理的观察组，每组21例，对比两组患者对护理方式的满意度。结果：采用针对性护理的观察组满意度明显高于应用常规护理的对照组，(P<0.05)。结论：对患有慢性胃溃疡的患者采用针对性护理，可以促进患者的快速康复。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the practical effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods： 42 patients with chronic gastric ulcer who will be treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups： the control group using routine nursing and the observation group using targeted nursing. 21 patients in each group were compared with the satisfaction of the two groups. Results： The satisfaction of the observation group with targeted nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group with conventional nursing (P < 0.05).
