【摘 要】目的：研究对急性脑血栓脑梗死患者实施早期综合康复治疗的效果和对患者独立生活能力的影响。方法：选择2016年12月到2018年12月患者共100例随机分为观察组和对照组。结果：治疗后，观察组独立生活能力和总有效率比对照组明显提高，脑部神经功能缺损情况比对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论：早期综合康复治疗急性脑血栓脑梗死的临床疗效显著，可以明显恢复患者脑部的神经功能。
