【摘 要】目的：研究椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中活血通窍刺灸法结合推拿的应用效果。方法：选取86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。结果：研究组治疗后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分、总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论：椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中活血通窍刺灸法结合推拿的应用效果显著，值得推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of Huoxue Tongqiao acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods： 86 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were selected as the research object. Result： The total effective rate was higher in the study group (P < 0.05) after treatment with the Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Function Assessment Scale. Conclusion： Huoxue Tongqiao Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has remarkable effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
