【摘 要】目的：对系统性红斑狼疮伴重度血小板减少实施护理干预，分析其临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2017年1月至2019年6月接受救治的92例系统性红斑狼疮伴重度血小板减少患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予早期护理干預，对两组患者生存质量和临床治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组患者生存质量评分显著高于对照组，其具有更高的治疗有效率(91.30%)。结论：将护理干预应用于系统性红斑狼疮伴重度血小板减少患者治疗效果良好，值得推广。
